- Cancellations must be made in writing to essd2023@kuonitumlare.com
- Cancellation prior to November 1st, 2023 will include a refund of the amount paid, minus an administration fee of 30 EUR.
- No refund will be made after this deadline (from November 2nd, 2023). But you may transfer your booking to someone else.

- Bus Transfer from the Congress Centre to our fantastic destination.
- Immediate Boardings: Upon arrival at the Aeroscopia Museum, we invite you to embark on an extraordinary adventure with our exclusive private guided English tour. For one hour, you'll have the opportunity to explore remarkable aircraft, like the awe-inspiring Supper Guppy, the iconic A380 and the legendary Concorde.
- Dinner at "La ferme de Pinot": After your fascinating museum tour, we'll whisk you away to "La ferme de Pinot," where a 3-course menu awaits.
